    This document (as well as other documents referenced herein) governs the terms applicable to\u00a0 the use of this Website (<\/span>www.wedecor.es<\/span>)<\/span> and the purchase or acquisition of products and\/or\u00a0 services on it (hereinafter, the \u201cTerms\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    For the purposes of these Terms, the activity carried out by <\/span>We Decor <\/b>through the Website\u00a0 includes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Through the We Decor Website, the user may contract professional <\/span>interior decoration\u00a0 consulting <\/b>and <\/span>home staging <\/b>services. The services are offered in two modalities:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    • <\/b>Hourly consulting: <\/b>interior decoration consulting sessions, contracted in\u00a0 predetermined time blocks, intended to resolve specific questions, provide design ideas,\u00a0 and guide the client in decision-making.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • <\/b>Room-based consulting: <\/b>a service focused on the comprehensive design and\u00a0 decorative proposal for one or more rooms in the property, including recommendations\u00a0 on layout, furniture, colors, textiles, and accessories, according to the client\u2019s needs and\u00a0 preferences.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      All services are provided professionally, on a personalized basis, and via online\u00a0 communication.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      In addition to reading these Terms, before accessing, browsing and\/or using this Website, the\u00a0 User must have read the <\/span>Legal Notice and General Terms of Use<\/b>, including the <\/span>Cookie\u00a0 Policy <\/b>and the <\/span>Privacy and Data Protection Policy <\/b>of We Decor. By using this Website or\u00a0 placing and\/or requesting the acquisition of a product and\/or service through it, the User\u00a0 agrees to be bound by these Terms and by all the aforementioned documents; if the User does\u00a0 not agree with all of this, they should not use the Website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      These Terms may be modified. The User is responsible for consulting them each time they\u00a0 access, browse and\/or use the Website, as the applicable version will be the one in force at the\u00a0 time the purchase of products and\/or services is requested.<\/span><\/p>\n

      For any questions regarding these Terms, the User may contact the owner using the contact\u00a0 details provided above or, where applicable, via the contact form.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. THE USER\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Access, browsing and use of the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, the \u201cUser\u201d or\u00a0 \u201cUsers\u201d), which implies acceptance, from the moment browsing begins, of all the Terms set\u00a0 forth herein, as well as any subsequent amendments, without prejudice to the application of\u00a0 the corresponding mandatory legal regulations as appropriate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      The User undertakes to use the Website correctly. This responsibility extends to: <\/span>\u2022 <\/span>Using the Website solely to make legally valid queries and purchases or acquisitions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Not placing any false or fraudulent orders. If there are reasonable grounds to consider\u00a0 that such an order has been placed, it may be annulled and the relevant authorities will\u00a0 be informed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Providing truthful and lawful contact details (e.g., email address, postal address and\/or\u00a0 other data) (see Legal Notice and General Terms of Use).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The User declares to be <\/span>over 18 years of age <\/b>and to have legal capacity to enter into contracts\u00a0 through this Website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User may formalize the sales contract for the desired products and\/or services with We\u00a0 Decor in any of the languages in which these Terms are available on this Website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Duly registered Users may purchase on the Website using the means and forms established.\u00a0 They must follow the online purchase\/acquisition procedure of <\/span>www.wedecor.es<\/span>, during which\u00a0 various products and\/or services may be selected and added to the cart\/basket\/checkout, and\u00a0 finally click <\/span>e.g., \u201cbuy and pay now.\u201d\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

        The User must complete and\/or verify the information requested at each step; during the\u00a0 purchase process, before payment, purchase data may be modified.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User will then receive an email confirming that We Decor has received their order or\u00a0 purchase request and\/or service request (order confirmation). Where applicable, the User will\u00a0 also be informed by email when their purchase has been dispatched. Where applicable, this\u00a0 information may also be made available in the User\u2019s personal area on the Website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Once the purchase procedure has concluded, the User agrees that the Website will generate an\u00a0 <\/span>electronic invoice<\/b>, which will be sent to the User via email and, where applicable, via their\u00a0 personal area on the Website. The User may also request a paper copy of the invoice by\u00a0 contacting We Decor via the Website\u2019s contact spaces or the contact details provided above.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User acknowledges being aware, at the time of purchase, of certain <\/span>specific sales\u00a0 conditions <\/b>applicable to the product and\/or service in question, displayed next to the\u00a0 presentation and\/or image on its page on the Website, indicating, by way of example and\u00a0 depending on the case: name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, product details or\u00a0 characteristics, how services will be performed and\/or their cost. The User acknowledges that\u00a0 placing the purchase order constitutes full and complete acceptance of the specific sales\u00a0 conditions applicable to each case.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Communications, purchase orders and payments involved in transactions carried out on the\u00a0 Website may be archived and kept in We Decor\u2019s computerized records as a means of proof of\u00a0 transactions, in all cases respecting reasonable security conditions and applicable laws and\u00a0 regulations, particularly <\/span>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) <\/b>and <\/span>Spanish Organic Law\u00a0 3\/2018 <\/b>on Personal Data Protection and digital rights, and the rights afforded to Users under\u00a0 the Website\u2019s Privacy Policy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        4. AVAILABILITY\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

        All purchase orders received by We Decor through the Website are subject to the availability of\u00a0 the products and\/or to any circumstance or force majeure (see Clause 9) affecting their supply\u00a0 and\/or the provision of services. If difficulties arise regarding supply or if products are out of\u00a0 stock, We Decor undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount that may have been\u00a0 paid. This shall likewise apply where the provision of a service becomes impossible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        5. PRICES AND PAYMENT\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Prices displayed on the Website are final, in <\/span>Euros (\u20ac)<\/b>, and include taxes, unless otherwise\u00a0 indicated\u2014particularly regarding VAT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Unless otherwise stated, prices of items offered <\/span>exclude shipping costs<\/b>, which, if applicable,\u00a0 will be added to the total amount during checkout; the User will be able to review available\u00a0 shipping methods and costs and freely choose the most convenient option.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Under no circumstances will the Website add additional costs to the price of a product or\u00a0 service automatically, but only those that the User has voluntarily and freely selected.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which the User has\u00a0 already received an order confirmation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Accepted payment method: <\/b>credit or debit card.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Credit cards are subject to checks and authorization by the issuing bank. If the entity does not\u00a0 authorize payment, We Decor shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and no contract\u00a0 can be formalized with the User.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Once We Decor receives the User\u2019s purchase order through the Website, a <\/span>pre-authorization <\/b>may be made on the corresponding card to ensure sufficient funds to complete the transaction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The charge to the card will be made when the User is sent the <\/span>dispatch confirmation <\/b>and\/or\u00a0 <\/span>service confirmation <\/b>as established.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        In any case, by clicking <\/span>e.g., \u201cbuy and pay now,\u201d <\/b>the User confirms ownership of the\u00a0 payment method used.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        6. DELIVERY\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Where physical delivery of the purchased goods applies, deliveries will be made within the\u00a0 following territory: <\/span>Worldwide<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Except in cases of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or, where applicable, due to\u00a0 product customization, the purchase order for the products listed in each purchase\u00a0 confirmation will be delivered within the period indicated on the Website according to the\u00a0 shipping method selected by the User and, in any case, within a <\/span>maximum of 30 calendar\u00a0 days <\/b>from the order confirmation date.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        If We Decor cannot meet the delivery date for reasons attributable to it, the User will be\u00a0 contacted and may choose to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or\u00a0 cancel the order with a full refund. Home deliveries are made on business days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        If delivery is impossible due to the User\u2019s absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse.\u00a0 The carrier will leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to arrange a new delivery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        If the User will not be at the delivery location during the agreed time slot, they must contact\u00a0 We Decor to arrange delivery on another day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        If <\/span>30 days <\/b>pass from the date the order is available for delivery and it has not been delivered for\u00a0 reasons not attributable to We Decor, We Decor will consider that the User wishes to withdraw\u00a0 from the contract, which will be deemed terminated. As a result, all payments received from\u00a0 the User will be returned, <\/span>except <\/b>for additional costs resulting from the User\u2019s choice of a\u00a0 delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery offered on the Website,\u00a0 without undue delay and, in any case, within <\/span>14 calendar days <\/b>from the date the contract is\u00a0 considered terminated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User should note that transportation arising from termination may incur an additional\u00a0 cost that may be charged to them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        For the purposes of these Terms, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred when the User or a\u00a0 third party indicated by the User <\/span>takes material possession <\/b>of the products, evidenced by\u00a0 signing for receipt at the agreed delivery address.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The risks of the products shall be borne by the User from the time of delivery. Title to the\u00a0 products passes to the User when We Decor receives <\/span>full payment <\/b>of all amounts due in\u00a0 connection with the purchase, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery if this occurs\u00a0 after full payment has been received by We Decor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        In accordance with <\/span>Spanish VAT Law 37\/1992<\/b>, purchase orders to be delivered and\/or\u00a0 provided shall be deemed located within the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        delivery address is in Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). The applicable VAT\u00a0 rate shall be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific item.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        7. TECHNICAL MEANS FOR CORRECTING ERRORS\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

        If the User detects an error when entering data necessary to process their purchase request on\u00a0 the Website, they may modify it by contacting We Decor through the contact spaces provided\u00a0 on the Website and, where applicable, those enabled for customer service, and\/or using the\u00a0 contact details in Clause 1 (General Information). These corrections may also be made by the\u00a0 User in their personal area on the Website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        In any case, before clicking <\/span>e.g., \u201cbuy and pay now,\u201d <\/b>the User has access to the cart\/basket\u00a0 where their purchase requests are recorded and may make modifications.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User is also referred to the <\/span>Legal Notice and General Terms of Use <\/b>and, specifically, to\u00a0 the <\/span>Privacy Policy <\/b>for further information on exercising their right of rectification under\u00a0 <\/span>GDPR <\/b>and <\/span>Spanish Organic Law 3\/2018<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        8. RETURNS\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

        When the User purchases products on or through the owner\u2019s Website, they have certain rights,\u00a0 as listed and described below.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Right of Withdrawal\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

        The User, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <\/span>14 calendar\u00a0 days <\/b>without giving any reason.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        This withdrawal period will expire <\/span>14 calendar days <\/b>from the day on which the User or a third\u00a0 party authorized by them, other than the carrier, <\/span>acquires material possession <\/b>of the goods\u00a0 purchased on the We Decor Website; or, if the goods making up the order are delivered\u00a0 separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which the User or such third party acquires\u00a0 material possession of the <\/span>last <\/b>of those goods; or, in the case of a <\/span>service contract<\/b>, 14\u00a0 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must notify We Decor of their decision. They may\u00a0 do so via the contact spaces provided on the Website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Regardless of the means used, the User must clearly and unequivocally express their intention\u00a0 to withdraw from the purchase contract. The User may use the <\/span>model withdrawal form <\/b>that\u00a0 We Decor makes available as an annex to these Terms; however, its use is not mandatory.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication expressing the\u00a0 unequivocal decision to withdraw before the period expires.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        In the event of withdrawal, We Decor will <\/span>reimburse all payments <\/b>received from the User,\u00a0 including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the User\u2019s choice of a\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        delivery method different from the least expensive ordinary delivery offered on the Website),\u00a0 without undue delay and in any case no later than <\/span>14 calendar days <\/b>from the date on which\u00a0 We Decor is informed of the User\u2019s decision to withdraw.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        We Decor will reimburse the User using the <\/span>same payment method <\/b>used for the initial\u00a0 transaction. This refund will not incur any additional cost for the User. However, We Decor\u00a0 may <\/span>withhold <\/b>the refund until it has received the goods or until the User has provided proof\u00a0 of return, whichever condition is met first.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User may return or send the products to We Decor at: <\/span>[address to be provided] <\/b>and must\u00a0 do so without undue delay and, in any case, no later than <\/span>14 calendar days <\/b>from the date on\u00a0 which We Decor was informed of the withdrawal decision.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User acknowledges that they must bear the <\/span>direct cost of returning <\/b>the goods (transport,\u00a0 delivery) where applicable. They are also responsible for any <\/span>diminished value <\/b>of the\u00a0 products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature,\u00a0 characteristics and functioning of the goods.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User acknowledges that there are <\/span>exceptions <\/b>to the right of withdrawal, as set out in\u00a0 <\/span>Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 <\/b>(Consolidated Law on Consumer\u00a0 Protection). By way of example and not limitation: customized products; products liable to\u00a0 deteriorate or expire rapidly; music or video CDs\/DVDs unsealed from factory packaging;\u00a0 products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery; supply of\u00a0 digital content not provided on a tangible medium.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The same applies to <\/span>service provision <\/b>contracted on this Website: the aforementioned law\u00a0 provides that Users will not have the right of withdrawal when the service has been fully\u00a0 performed, or when performance has begun with the consumer\u2019s express consent and\u00a0 acknowledgment that, once the contract has been fully executed by We Decor, they will lose\u00a0 the right of withdrawal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening, if products are\u00a0 not in the <\/span>same condition <\/b>as delivered, or if they have been damaged after delivery. Products\u00a0 must be returned with all original packaging, instructions and accompanying documents,\u00a0 together with a <\/span>copy of the purchase invoice<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        If, at the time of delivery, the User considers that the product does not conform to the contract\u00a0 or purchase order, they must <\/span>immediately <\/b>contact We Decor and report the non-conformity\u00a0 (defect\/error) using the same means or the contact details provided in the previous section\u00a0 (Right of Withdrawal).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User will be informed how to proceed with the return. Once returned, the products will be\u00a0 examined and the User will be informed, within a reasonable period, whether a <\/span>refund <\/b>or,\u00a0 where applicable, <\/span>replacement <\/b>applies.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within <\/span>14 days <\/b>from the date on which we send an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the\u00a0 non-conforming item applies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The amount paid for products returned due to a defect\u2014where such defect actually exists\u2014 will be <\/span>fully refunded<\/b>, including delivery costs and the costs incurred by the User to make the\u00a0 return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User for the\u00a0 purchase.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        In all cases, the rights recognized by the applicable legislation for the User as a consumer shall\u00a0 always apply.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Warranties\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

        The User, as a consumer, has warranties on products purchased through this Website, under\u00a0 the terms legally established for each type of product. <\/span>We Decor <\/b>is liable for any lack of\u00a0 conformity manifested within <\/span>three years <\/b>from delivery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Products are deemed to conform to the contract provided that they match We Decor\u2019s\u00a0 description and possess the qualities presented; are fit for the purposes for which products of\u00a0 the same type are ordinarily used; and show the quality and performance that are customary\u00a0 for a product of the same type and can reasonably be expected. If this is not the case, the User\u00a0 must proceed as indicated in the section on returning defective products or wrong shipments.\u00a0 Some products marketed on the Website may present <\/span>non-homogeneous characteristics <\/b>due\u00a0 to the materials used in their manufacture; such characteristics form part of the product\u2019s\u00a0 individual appearance and do not constitute a defect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        If the User purchases a product of a brand or manufactured by a third party, the User may also\u00a0 contact the <\/span>brand or manufacturer <\/b>to find out how to exercise their legal warranty directly\u00a0 against them within three years of delivery. The User must retain all warranty information\u00a0 related to the products.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Unless otherwise legally provided, We Decor will not be liable for the following losses,\u00a0 regardless of their origin:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Any losses not attributable to any breach by We Decor;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Business losses (including loss of profits, income, contracts, anticipated savings, data,\u00a0 goodwill or unnecessary expenses incurred);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Any other <\/span>indirect <\/b>loss not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the sales\u00a0 contract was formalized.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          We Decor also limits its liability in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • We Decor applies all measures to provide a faithful display of the product on the\u00a0 Website; however, it is not responsible for minimal differences or inaccuracies due to\u00a0 screen resolution, browser issues or similar.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          • We Decor will act with maximum diligence to make the product available to the\u00a0 transport company. However, it is not responsible for damages resulting from transport\u00a0 malfunction, especially due to strikes, road delays, or other sector-related causes leading\u00a0 to delays, loss or theft of the product.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Technical failures due to fortuitous causes or others that prevent normal functioning of\u00a0 the internet service; Website unavailability for maintenance or other reasons. We Decor\u00a0 uses all means to carry out the purchase, payment and shipping\/delivery process, but is\u00a0 exempt from liability for causes not attributable to it, force majeure or fortuitous events.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          • We Decor will not be responsible for misuse and\/or wear of products used by the User,\u00a0 nor for erroneous returns made by the User (the User is responsible for returning the\u00a0 correct product).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          • In general, We Decor will not be liable for any breach or delay in performance of\u00a0 obligations when due to events beyond its reasonable control (<\/span>force majeure<\/b>),\u00a0 including but not limited to: strikes or lockouts; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist\u00a0 threat or attack, war or threat\/preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood,\u00a0 earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; inability to use trains, ships,\u00a0 aircraft, motor transport or other public\/private means; inability to use public or private\u00a0 telecommunications systems; acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any\u00a0 government or public authority.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Obligations shall be suspended during the period the force majeure persists, and We Decor will\u00a0 have an extension equal to the duration of the force majeure. We Decor will use reasonable\u00a0 means to find a solution enabling it to fulfill its obligations despite the force majeure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            10. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

            By using this Website, the User agrees that most communications with We Decor will be\u00a0 electronic (email or notices posted on the Website).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            For contractual purposes, the User consents to the use of this electronic means of\u00a0 communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notifications, information and other\u00a0 communications sent by We Decor electronically comply with legal requirements to be in\u00a0 writing. This condition does not affect the User\u2019s statutory rights.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            The User may send notices and\/or communicate with We Decor using the contact details\u00a0 provided in these Terms and, where applicable, via the Website\u2019s contact spaces. Unless\u00a0 otherwise stipulated, We Decor may contact and\/or notify the User at their email address or\u00a0 postal address provided.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            11. WAIVER<\/b><\/h2>\n
