      The processing of the User\u2019s personal data will be subject to the following principles set out in\u00a0 Article 5 GDPR and Articles 4 et seq. of Spanish Organic Law 3\/2018:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Categories of personal data\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

        The categories of data processed on We Decor are <\/span>solely identifying data<\/b>. No special\u00a0 categories of data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR are processed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Legal basis for processing\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

        The legal basis for processing personal data is <\/span>consent<\/b>. We Decor undertakes to obtain the\u00a0 User\u2019s express and verifiable consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more\u00a0 specific purposes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        The User has the right to <\/span>withdraw consent <\/b>at any time. Withdrawal shall be as easy as giving\u00a0 consent. As a rule, withdrawing consent will not condition the use of the Website. Where the User must or may provide data through forms to make inquiries, request\u00a0 information or for reasons related to the Website\u2019s content, the User will be informed if any\u00a0 fields are <\/span>mandatory <\/b>because they are essential for the proper performance of the requested\u00a0 action.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Purposes of processing\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

        Personal data are collected and managed by We Decor to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the\u00a0 commitments established between the Website and the User, to maintain the relationship\u00a0 established in the forms completed by the User, or to respond to a request or inquiry. Data may also be used for <\/span>commercial<\/b>, personalization, operational and statistical purposes\u00a0 and for activities related to We Decor\u2019s corporate purpose, as well as for the extraction, storage\u00a0 and marketing studies in order to tailor the content offered to the User and <\/span>improve the\u00a0<\/b>quality, operation and browsing <\/b>of the Website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        In accordance with Article 8 GDPR and Article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3\/2018, <\/span>only those\u00a0 over 14 years of age <\/b>may lawfully give consent to the processing of their personal data by We\u00a0 Decor. If the User is under 14, <\/span>parental or guardian consent <\/b>is required; processing will only\u00a0 be lawful to the extent such consent has been given.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Confidentiality and security of personal data\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

        We Decor undertakes to adopt the technical and organizational measures appropriate to the\u00a0 level of risk of the data collected to ensure the security of personal data and prevent their\u00a0 <\/span>destruction, loss or unlawful alteration<\/b>, or <\/span>unauthorized communication or access<\/b>. The Website uses an <\/span>SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer) <\/b>to ensure that personal data are\u00a0 transmitted securely and confidentially, as the transmission between the server and the User is\u00a0 fully <\/span>encrypted<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        However, since We Decor cannot guarantee the invulnerability of the internet nor the total\u00a0 absence of hackers or other persons fraudulently accessing data, the Controller undertakes to\u00a0 <\/span>notify the User without undue delay <\/b>when a personal data security breach occurs that is\u00a0 likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons (as defined in Article\u00a0 4 GDPR).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Personal data will be treated as <\/span>confidential <\/b>by the Controller, who undertakes to inform and\u00a0 ensure\u2014by legal or contractual obligation\u2014that such confidentiality is respected by\u00a0 employees, partners and any person to whom the information is made accessible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Rights arising from processing<\/b><\/h3>\n

        The User has, vis-\u00e0-vis We Decor and the Controller, the following rights recognized by the\u00a0 GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3\/2018:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        • <\/b>Right of access: <\/b>to obtain confirmation of whether We Decor is processing their\u00a0 personal data and, if so, access to such data and information about the processing\u00a0 (including data origin and recipients).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • <\/b>Right to rectification: <\/b>to have inaccurate personal data corrected or incomplete data\u00a0 completed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
