The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) is to regulate access to  and use of the Website. 

For the purposes of these Terms, the Website shall be understood as: the external appearance of  the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic (the navigation tree); and all elements integrated  into both the screen interfaces and the navigation tree (hereinafter, the “Contents”), as well as  any online services or resources offered to Users (hereinafter, the “Services”). 

We Decor reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation  and configuration of the Website, as well as its Contents and Services. The User acknowledges  and accepts that We Decor may at any time interrupt, disable and/or cancel any of these  elements integrated into the Website or access to them. 

Access to the Website is free of charge for Users, and, as a general rule, requires no financial  consideration, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network  provided by the access provider contracted by the User. 

The use of certain Contents or Services of the Website may require the User’s subscription or  prior registration. 

The User

Access, navigation and use of the Website, as well as participation in spaces for interaction  between Users and We Decor (such as comments or blogs), grants the status of User. From the  moment navigation begins, all the Terms set forth herein are accepted, as well as any  subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the applicable mandatory legal regulations. 

Given the importance of the above, Users are recommended to read these Terms each time  they visit the Website. 

The We Decor Website provides a wide variety of information, services and data. The User  assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website, which extends to: 

  • Using the information, Contents and/or Services and data offered by We Decor in  accordance with these Terms, the Law, morality, public order, and without infringing  third-party rights or disrupting the operation of the Website. 
  • The truthfulness and legality of the information provided by the User in the forms  provided by We Decor for access to certain Contents or Services. The User shall notify  We Decor immediately of any event that may lead to misuse of the information  recorded in said forms, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to identifiers and/or  passwords, so that We Decor may proceed with immediate cancellation.

In any case, We Decor shall not be responsible for opinions expressed by Users through  comments or other blogging or participation tools. 

Access to this Website does not imply any kind of commercial relationship between We Decor  and the User. 

The User declares to be of legal age and to have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these  Terms. Therefore, the We Decor Website is not directed at minors. We Decor declines any  responsibility for non-compliance with this requirement. 

The Website is mainly directed to Users residing in Spain and the United States. We Decor does  not guarantee that the Website complies, either fully or partially, with the laws of other  countries. If the User resides or is domiciled elsewhere and decides to access and/or browse the  Website, they will do so at their own responsibility. They must ensure that such access and  navigation comply with the applicable local legislation, with We Decor assuming no liability  derived from such access.

We Decor does not guarantee the continuity, availability or usefulness of the Website, nor of its  Contents or Services. We Decor will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the 

Website. However, it assumes no responsibility nor guarantees that access will be  uninterrupted or error-free. 

We Decor does not guarantee that the content or software accessible through this Website is  free of errors or harmful to the User’s computer system (software and hardware). Under no  circumstances shall We Decor be responsible for any loss, damage or harm of any kind arising  from access, navigation, or use of the Website, including but not limited to those caused to  computer systems or by the introduction of viruses. 

We Decor is also not responsible for damages that may arise from improper use of this Website.  In particular, it shall not be responsible in any way for telecommunications failures,  interruptions, or defects that may occur.

They are therefore works protected as intellectual property by Spanish law, being subject to  both Spanish and EU regulations in this field, as well as international treaties to which Spain is  a party.

contents of this Website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means,  without the authorization of We Decor, are expressly prohibited. 

The User undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of We Decor.  Users may view the Website elements, and even print, copy, and store them on the hard drive  of their computer or any other physical medium, provided it is solely for personal use.  However, Users may not remove, alter or manipulate any protection device or security system  installed on the Website. 

If a User or third party considers that any of the Website Contents constitutes a violation of  intellectual property rights, they must immediately notify We Decor using the contact details  provided in the GENERAL INFORMATION section of this Legal Notice and Terms of Use. 

VI. LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND  JURISDICTION 

We Decor reserves the right to take civil or criminal actions it deems necessary for misuse of  the Website and Contents, or for breach of these Terms. 

The relationship between the User and We Decor shall be governed by current legislation  applicable in Spanish territory. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation and/or  application of these Terms, the parties shall submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction  of the corresponding judges and courts in accordance with the law.
